German in Context provides online German-learning content, study tools, smart review, progress tracking and related digital services through germanincontext.com.
02Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and using the service lawfully. One account is intended for the registered user and may not be resold or shared commercially.
03Free and Premium access
Free access includes selected content and usage limits. Premium access unlocks the features described on the Pricing and Checkout pages for the plan you purchase: 1 month, 3 months, 1 year or Lifetime.
04Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in EUR at checkout, and the price displayed when you pay is the price that applies to that purchase. The 1-month, 3-month and 1-year plans are prepaid digital access for the stated period and do not renew automatically. Lifetime is a one-time payment that gives access for as long as German in Context offers the Premium service. If recurring billing is introduced later, it will require separate clear disclosure and consent.
05Delivery
Digital Premium access is activated after a successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. There is no physical delivery. If access is not activated after a confirmed payment, contact support@germanincontext.com with the order reference.
06Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled under the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
07Learning content and pronunciation
Learning content is provided for educational purposes. Pronunciations are prepared according to the standard German pronunciation described by Duden, and are designed to help you hear and practise clear, natural German. Audio is a learning aid; regional and individual speech may differ.
08Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the curriculum, text, exercises, software, layout and licensed media are protected materials. Your purchase grants personal access, not ownership or redistribution rights.
09Availability
We aim to keep the service available and preserve learning progress, but maintenance, security events or infrastructure problems may temporarily interrupt access.
